RETURNS WITHIN UNITED STATES AND REST OF WORLD

Although we hope you love all your items from P.E Nation, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

• You have a valid proof of purchase from P.E Nation Online via www.us.pe-nation.com;
• Online return requests must be initiated and placed in the post within 30 days of your order date;
• All returned items must be original and re-saleable condition, including being unworn, unwashed, and unused and with original tags attached;
• All Swimwear returned item(s) must also be returned with the hygiene sticker still attached, in addition to the above return guidelines.

Full priced items (including full priced items on temporary markdowns or promotions):

    • Store credit.

Sale items:

Sale items marked with a FINAL SALE* tag:

• • • Not eligible for return unless assessed and deemed as faulty.

^Exchanges are currently not available for items purchased online. If you want to exchange an item from an online order for another size, please place a new order and email our customer care team at info@pe-nation.com for assistance in returning your existing order.
*Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty. All Final Sale products are tagged with Final Sale on the product page for easy identification.

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at info@pe-nation.com if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. P.E Nation reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to sender.

Return Shipping:

• Free (pre-paid) return label is available for returns within the United States only;
• All costs associated with returning items to P.E Nation outside of the United States (from the Rest of World) are the responsibility of the customer.

Store credit terms and conditions:

• Store credits are issued in USD only and are not available to be issued in any other currency. Store credits are unable to be exchanged for any other currency, cash, or any other form of credit;
• Store credits issued via www.us.pe-nation.com can only be redeemed Online at www.us.pe-nation.com;
• Store credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards or digital vouchers.

If you believe your purchase is faulty, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. All items must be assessed via our Customer Care team to determine an appropriate remedy.
